Description
Pharmacy technicians working in all settings must communicate and collaborate effectively with other professionals. This course will explore why interprofessional collaboration is important and how it can be used to improve patient outcomes. It will emphasize interdepartmental dependence to care for patients while highlighting cooperation, coordination, and collaboration.
