Accurate pharmaceutical calculations are essential to the process of nonsterile compounding, and pharmacy technicians should be well-versed in the practice of pharmaceutical calculations to ensure safe, quality preparations. This course will review common units of measure, conversions, and methods by which to calculate quantities and concentrations of ingredients.
