Description
Personality assessments and tests can be used to increase awareness of one’s behavior, motivation, and temperament. The awareness of these traits can help the individual have a better understanding of self and leverage these strengths in creating a professional identity, creating and working with teams, and managing conflict. This session will explore personality tests currently used in pharmacy education and provide strategies for their use in pharmacy rotations.
